Founder Martyn a qualified people proffesional and CIPD assosiated member brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality and retail management. With a rich background in operations and people-based roles, we have honed a deep understanding of the dynamics that drive successful businesses. Our expertise spans from frontline operations to strategic leadership, meaning we are uniquely equipped to support a wide range of business needs.

Based in Kent and covering the whole of the UK, LTS was established in 2023 by founder Martyn. It was a conversation over Sunday lunch when Martyn realised there are thousands of business leaders and owners who are experts in their respective feilds but they lack people management and leadership to maximise thier business potential. With this in mind and 20 years spent mastering the art of effective leadership it’s time to give something back.
We know that every business is different and eacher leader and owner is on a different journey which is why our tailored solutions are created with that in mind.
