If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines your rights under UK consumer law and our approach to refunds.
1. Digital Products (Documents, eBooks, and Training Content)
1.1 No Automatic Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer automatic refunds once a document, book, or training material has been downloaded or accessed. 1.2 Refund Eligibility: If you experience technical issues preventing access to the purchased content, or if you believe the product is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. 1.3 Refund Process: If a refund is granted, we will process it within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Physical Products (Books & Printed Materials)
2.1 Returns & Refunds: If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement. 2.2 Return Conditions: Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. 2.3 Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund within 5-10 business days.
3. Training Services
3.1 Cancellations: If you need to cancel a training session, please provide at least 7 days’ notice for a full refund. 3.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. 3.3 No-Shows: If you fail to attend a booked training session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Enquiries@LTServicesltd.co.uk.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to The Oast EMR Centre, New Road, Maidstone Kent, ME19 6BJ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
